Each year, The Luxe Rebuild Project transforms the home — and the future — for one Arizona family. Our annual process ensures a comprehensive and impactful rebuild, focusing on creating accessible and stable living environments.

Annual Application Window
Applications open seasonally for Arizona families facing hardship. We seek those whose lives can be significantly improved by a home transformation.

Rigorous Family Selection
Our committee carefully reviews applications, selecting one family based on critical need, Arizona residency, and potential for community impact. A key focus is on families requiring ADA accessibility modifications.

Custom Design & Planning
Once a family is selected, we collaborate with architects and contractors to design a complete home renovation plan, integrating modern amenities and crucial accessibility features.

Comprehensive Home Transformation
Over several weeks, our dedicated teams and volunteers work to rebuild and renovate the home, ensuring it meets the family's unique needs, including any necessary ADA adaptations.
